On Thursday, September 28, 2023, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) signed an agreement with the House of Wisdom (HoW) for "Takwin" exhibition in Sharjah, under which HoW will host the "Takwin: Sciences and Innovation" exhibition that originally took place at KFCRIS between 2019 and 2022.

HoW, Sharjah’s iconic library of the future, will hold the exhibition for 3 months from December 6, 2023. The exhibition will showcase rare manuscripts in relation to sciences and innovation in the Arab-Islamic heritage

In the signing of the agreement, KFCRIS was represented by the Assistant to the Secretary-General, Mr. Ibrahim Aldeghaither, and HoW was represented by the Executive Director, Marwa Al-Aqroubi.

The agreement came as part of the Center's continued contribution to the preservation of the Arab-Islamic heritage through exhibitions.
