KFCRIS received Delegation from Center of Legal Studies and Research
On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) received a delegation from the Center of Legal Studies and Research (CLSR), in the pursuit of developing joint efforts in the field of research. The delegation was introduced during the visit to the work environment of the KFCRIS and attended a presentation on the Library and research services offered by the Center. The delegation also visited Al-Faisal Museum, which conserves one of the world’s largest collections of rare and unique original Islamic and Arabic manuscripts.
The Acting Secretary-General of the KFCRIS, Turki Al-Shuwaier, presented the Center’s research outputs and explained to the delegation the KFCRIS’s role in providing a knowledge platform, bringing together local, regional, and global researchers and research organizations to produce original research in the humanities and social sciences and engage in intellectual discussion and intercultural dialogues.
The delegation also discussed ways of cooperation between the two centers in the pursuit of developing their research efforts in the shared fields of interest, in addition to how to benefit from the KFCRIS efforts and expertise which extends to nearly forty years.
