On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) held an online lecture entitled "Central Sudanic Arabic Scripts: Palaeography, History, and Cultural Practices.” The lecture was delivered by Dr. Andrea Brigaglia (Associate Professor in African Studies, University of Naples L'Orientale).

The lecture was moderated by Dr. Mohamed Al-Sbitli (Head of African Studies Program, King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies).
