On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, the King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies (KFCRIS) convened a workshop entitled: "The Emergence and Development of Arab Scientific Thought: The Formation of Narratives and Histories,” as part of "The Arabian Narrative" events.

The workshop was delivered by Professor George Saliba (Founding Director, Farouk Jabre Center for Arabic and Islamic Science and Philosophy) and moderated by Dr. Abdullah Hamidaddin (Assistant Secretary-General for Scientific Affairs, KFCRIS).
