The King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies organized on Thursday, May 2nd, 2019, an educational campaign for its employees, including providing health consultations and introducing the most important treatment programs and methods of obesity prevention.

The campaign included educational information and awareness of the seriousness of obesity and nutritional and sports advice to prevent them. Participants also had an opportunity to measure the ratio of fat and muscle, body mass index (BMI) and the ideal weight, as well as a booklet containing medical and nutritional information in this regard.

The campaign was attended by nutritionists and healthy meals from the charity against obesity.

This campaign comes within the framework of the educational center programs that it organizes for its employees from time to time to provide health support and health education.
